We currently have a vacancy for a Bar Steward/Stewardess.

Job description

30 hours per week @ £7.50 per hour gross weekly wage £225. Holiday pay at statutory terms. Hours worked on a flexible nature e.g. so as to be able to combine cellar cleaning or other duties with providing access to groups & tradesmen etc.

Duties

You will be responsible for the general management of the clubhouse, arranging staff and other resources to meet the demands of events organised at the club. In addition to matches played there will be various social and other events that you will be required

Chairman's Report - 25th January 2014

Today we welcome the players, supporters and committee of Treherbert RFC to
our South Road ground. A warm welcome to you all.
Not a lot of rugby has been played at South Road recently due to the severe
weather we've had in recent weeks.
Our Youth have had another fantastic win recently when they travelled to
Bryncethin - winning 3-32. Another excellent performance. Our Youth play
Vardre today in a friendly, , keep up the good work lads!
You may be aware we now have a Darts team at the club: Mike Power, Phil
Morgan, Dai Bridger, Ted O'Keefe, Mat Morgan, Alex Hobson, Clayton Dodd,
Brandon Townley, Brian Evans. We

Chairman's Report - 21st December 2013

Today we welcome the players, supporters and committee of Hirwaun RFC to our South Road ground. A warm welcome to you all.

It's been a tough few weeks for us and we're hoping we can return to winning ways this afternoon.

Our Youth team had a fantastic result last Saturday against Maesteg winning by 51-0 in just 35 minutes. An excellent display, it was a shame they reached the 50 point mark so soon. Our Youth are away at Neath Athletic today so we all wish you well!

The Seaweeds got off the mark with their first win and first points of the season following two heavy opening defeats.
Main architect of the win was fly-half Joe Gallafant whose metronomic place kicking punished the visitors heavily.
Ynys took the lead with virtually their first visit to Porthcawl’s 22 and a deft kick ahead saw their right wing Ashley gather a kind bounce to score wide out for nil-5.
Gallafant popped over two lovely penalties in quick succession for 6-5 before second home mistake allowed the second Ynysowen try for 6-10, however Gallafant kicked his third penalty straight from the restart for

Chairman's Report

Once again we embark on a new season at Porthcawl RFC - with a new coaching set up
and with Captain Gareth Davies at the helm we are looking forward to a fantastic season.
Today we welcome the players, supporters and committee of Cambrian Welfare RFC
to our South Road ground. I wish both teams well today and hope for a good running
game.
This will be a new experience all round as the teams have never played each other
before.
Our Senior squad has played 2 pre-season friendlies. The first against Brynithel Saturday
24th August. This was the first run out for a new look squad,
